This application has been filed to implead the proposed respondent 7 and 8 as the defendants 6 and 8 in the above suit.

2. The application has been filed to implead brothers and sister of the father as parties. The suit has been filed for partition. Considering the fact that the presence of the proposed respondents is necessary for proper adjudication in the above suit, this application is Ordered.

3. The applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendment and file Ammended copy of the plaint by 11.12.2023.

4. Fresh notice to the newly impleaded parties returnable by 11.12.2023. Private notice is also permitted.
