2. Ms.Gopika, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and she has made an endorsement as she has no objection for allowing this Petition.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in respect to the death of the first petitioner in the Civil Revision Petition and list the matter on 22.11.2019.
