The petitioner/A1 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.08.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of IPC in Crime No.182 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3.It is stated that the petitioner had been granted bail by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Court for CCB Cases at Egmore, Chennai, by an order dated 30.10.2023. 4.The petitioner has still filed this present petition before this Court. Therefore, costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) is imposed on the petitioner herein.

5.The copy of this order is to be forwarded to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Court for CCB Cases at Egmore, Chennai, for reference in Crime No.182 of 2023 registered by the Central Crime Branch, CCB - I, with a direction to issue notice to the accused, 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

smv Sivaranjani and direct payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- and on pay of costs, transfer it to the Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Chennai, for treatment of needy patients.

6.The costs to be paid within a period of five working days from the date of receipt of notice and appearance of the accused. 7.A compliance report may be forwarded by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Court for CCB Cases at Egmore, Chennai, before this Court.
