Today, when the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.Sharat Chandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submitted that he is not pressing this contempt petition, in view of the order dated 28.03.2024 passed by the learned Judge in C.S.No.199 of 2020, following which, the petitioners are now inclined to co-operate for the completion of the 2/5

election process.
