The relief sought in this Civil Revision Petition is to set aside the fair order and decretal order passed in I.A.138 of 2016 in O.S.No.90 of 2016, dated 24.06.2016 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court at Coimbatore and allow this civil revision petition. 2.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the subject matter in suit O.S.No.90 of 2016 was dismissed by the I Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore and further produced a copy of a printout taken from the website. 3.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this civil revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
