ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 02.11.2022 made in W.P.No.25000 of 2022.
2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that, the orders of this Court has been complied with.
3. Mr.C.Vidhusan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also on instruction would submit that, though belatedly they have given the certificates to the petitioner only today (15.11.2023), this may be recorded and this contempt petition may be closed, he contended.
4. Recording the submissions made by both sides, as the orders of this Court has been complied with though belatedly, I feel that no persuasive action is required in this contempt petition, accordingly it is closed.
