This application has been filed under Section 9(1)(2)(ii)(a)(b)(d) & (e) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the vehicle available with the respondent, to the applicant and if necessary to secure the same with police aid and breaking open the premises.
