Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit on instructions that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the auction has been withdrawn. A status report has also been filed by the fifth respondent and in paragraph No.2 therein, the fifth respondent has stated that the fishing auction was cancelled on 24.11.2022, pursuant to the directions given by this Court.

2. Since the order has been duly complied with, no further adjudication is required in the Contempt Petition viz., Cont.P.SR.No.129745 of 2022. Accordingly, this Sub Application is closed 2/5

and in view of the closure of the Sub Application, the Contempt petition in Cont.P.SR.No.129745 of 2022 is also closed in the admission stage itself. No Costs.
