fact that the charge sheet has been filed pursuant to the investigation of the allegations in the First Information Report, the present petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner has sought for quashing of the FIR in the present Criminal Original Petition.

(2) Recording the said Memo, the present Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all possible grounds questioning continuance of the charge sheet. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
