ORDER

In continuation with and conjunction to the earlier order passed by this Court on 10.02.2023, this Court is passing the following order. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a petition seeking return of property under Section 415 of Cr.P.C before the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in C.M.P.No.9264 of 2023. The learned Magistrate, by order, dated 08.03.2023 returned the articles to the petitioner which were seized by the respondent. He further submitted that DVD recorder and CCTV camera returned to the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police produced the order, dated 08.03.2023 made in C.M.P.No.9264 of 2023 and a letter, dated 08.03.2023 given by the petitioner acknowledging receipt of the seized articles. Page No.2 of 4

4.In view of the order of this Court, dated 22.12.2021 in W.P.No.18608 of 2021 is complied with, no further action is required in this Contempt Petition and the same is closed.
