This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 529 days in filing the Writ Appeal challenging W.P.No.11873 of 2019.

2.Mr.V.Subramani, learned counsel, who entered appearance for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that he has no objection to the petition being allowed.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 529 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed. 4.Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same on 16.09.2025 under the caption 'for admission'.
