ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent Tahsildar to initiate enquiry and pass appropriate order disposing of the petitioner's representations dated 25.03.2019 and 07.09.2019 within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

reasonable time frame.

2. The petitioner submitted representations for cancellation of Patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent in respect of the subject lands before the second respondent, who is not competent authority.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh appeal before the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer for cancellation of Patta, if so advised. If any such appeal is received from the petitioner, the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to issue notice to the petitioner, the fourth respondent and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
