Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ Orders or directions seeking Writ in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus for quashing the Order of Rejection dated 09.04.2019 passed by the 1st Respondent PCI in respect of the petitioner college for conducting the B.Pharm and D.Pharm Courses for the academic year of 2019-2020 and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to affiliate the D.Pharm and B.Pharm Courses respectively of the Petitioner College for the year of 2019-2020 upon fulfilment of the norms by the Petitioner.
