This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that "On further condition that the appellants shall appear before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every English calendar month, pending appeal" imposed in para No.6 of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5756 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.363 of 2024 dated 01.04.2024. 2.The petitioners were granted bail by this Court on 01.04.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.5756 of 2024 with certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner to appear before the learned V Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai on the first working day of every English calendar month. 3.The learned counsel for petitioners submitted that both petitioners are now employed in Madurai as daily wagers. Travelling from Madurai to Chennai takes minimum of three days and they lose employment and earnings on those days. The petitioners are the sole bread winner of their family. They find difficult to travel from Madurai to Chennai. Hence, seeks relaxation of the condition.

rsi 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioners are complying with the conditions without any deviation, the order dated 01.04.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.5756 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.363 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court (V Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai) once in three months on the first working day of the month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
