(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Though this writ petition has been filed as a public interest litigation, seeking a mere direction to respondents 1 to 3 to take into consideration the representation made by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner on 17.10.2019, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent, who is the contesting respondent submits that the very proposal, in the place for which objection has been raised, has been dropped by the fourth respondent.
2. In view of the above said submission, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
3. Accordingly, recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
