This writ petition has been filed for direction forbearing the respondents 3 and 4 from erecting bus shelter for the second respondent.

According to the petitioner, he purchased a gramma natham property situated at Vanagaram Village, comprised in survey No.353/10 measuring to an extent of 2347 sq.ft. with superstructure from one S.A.Kalaijothi and whilst, on 14.05.2017, the 5th respondent along with his men was digging a pit for about 20 x 10 feet sizes, just in front of his property to construct a bus shelter for the second respondent. The contention of the petitioner is that he was not informed about the erection of bus shelter, and without giving notice to him, the 5th respondent is erecting the bus shelter, which ultimately covers the entire frontage of his property and hence this writ petition.

3. It is seen from the records that no interim order was granted by this court, at the time of admission.

4. The learned Government Advocate informed the court that the erection of bus shelter was already been completed and hence, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

5. Inview of the fact that no interim order has been passed by this court at the time of admission, and also recording the submission of the Government Advocate that already bus shelter was erected, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. The Writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
