ORDER

It is represented by the learned Additional Advocate General that as against the order passed in W.A.No.2875 of 2024, dated 29.04.2025, the matter has been appealed to the Hon'ble Supreme Court and an order of Stay has also been granted in S.L.A.(C) No.21274 of 2025, dated 08.08.2025. 2.When the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, it may not be appropriate for this Court to adjudicate the contempt petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the final outcome of the Special Leave Appeal.
