ORDER

Learned counsel for the Revision Petitioners submits that the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem disposed of the Interlocutory Application, vide Order dated October 27, 2021 which is under challenge in this Civil Revision Petition along with the main Appeal Suit in A.S.No.53 of 2020. He further submits that feeling aggrieved by the said order,, the Revision Petitioners preferred a Second Appeal in SA.No.1046 of 2020. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. 2. In view of the above submission and endorsement, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. The Revision Petitioners are at liberty to agitate all the grounds raised herein in the Second Appeal.
