Side) COMMON ORDER These Suo Motu cases are dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.)No.618 of 2025. These are case in counter. These cases in Cr.Nos.105 and 85 of 2015 are registered for alleged offence(s) under Section 294(b) and 324 of IPC and Section 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of 1860. The parties have moved on and have no objection to the case being disposed of on compromise. Due to the unique manner in which this designated bench conducts hybrid hearings, the filing of written affidavits or terms of compromise is dispensed with. Considering the factual matrix, the context in which the conflict arose, the background of the parties, and their present position, this is an appropriate case for the exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as per Gian Singh -Vs-State of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303).

Accordingly, these cases in CC.Nos.100009 of 2018 and 100080 of 2017 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Jayamkondam Taluk, Ariyalur stands quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer case is disposed of. 29.08.2025 rap electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
