PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the respondent herein in proceedings No.A1/2716/2022 dated 26.03.2022, quash the same and to direct the respondent herein to reinstate the petitioner and to forthwith disburse the entire subsistence allowance and to sanction 75% of the petitioner's revised pay with all subsistence allowance towards the petitioner from the period of 6 months from the date of order of suspension and to grant all arrears of subsistence allowance to the petitioner herein and to grant him all consequential benefits.

ORDER
With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to quash the proceedings dated 26.03.2022 passed by the respondent and to direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service forthwith.
3. Though the petitioner had sought for quashing of the order of suspension, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he would be satisfied if the petitioner's representation is considered within a stipulated time.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondent herein to consider 2/4
the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2023, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the claim made by the petitioner and that it is open to the respondent to consider the same on its own merits.
