ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct respondent to survey the petitioner's land comprised in S.No.152/2B, Keezhmugam Mallasmudhiram Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District to an extent of 4.12 Acres with Police protection by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2019. 2.

Heard Mr.N.Vijaya Basker, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

The petitioner submitted representation dated 09.10.2019 to survey his land and to fix the boundaries, to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition with the above prayer. 4.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2019 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to survey the land and fix boundaries in respect of the land comprised in S.No.152/2B, measuring to an extent of 4.12 Acres, situated at Keezhmugam Mallasmudhiram Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, on payment of requisite fees, if not already surveyed.
