(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

2. The delay is 645 days for which as per the revised affidavit filed by the petitioners dated 20.11.2024, detailed reasons have been given. Though such reasons have been given, since the delay is 645 days, by virtue of that, some prejudice definitely must have been caused to the respondent, this Court feels that, this petition can be allowed only on terms, therefore, the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the respondent through the learned counsel for the respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
