K. Jayabaskaran v. K. Ravichandran

C.M.P.No. 20675 of 2022 in S.A. No. 970 of 2022 P.T. ASHA, J., The decree passed by the Lower Appellate Court reads as follows:

"(3)That the first respondent / first defendant is hereby directed to return the jewel pledged by Jayamani to the appellant / plaintiff. Time two months (on or before 21.06.2022)".

2. It appears that they have complied with the said decree. It was also informed that the jewellery continues to be with the plaintiff.

Therefore, the stay petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
