ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the District Munsiff court, Attur to dispose of the O.S No.181 of 2014 pending on its file within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the facts of the case, the suit in O.S No. 181 of 2014 was filed by the petitioners herein for the relief of declaration against the defendants/respondent herein and the defendants also contested the suit by filing written statement. On perusal of the E-Court status of the case, it reveals that there is no progress in the case after completion of the plaintiff's evidence. On seeing the fact, the suit is pending for more than 9 years. Hence, the Trial Court is directed to dispose the suit in O.S No. 181 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No cost. 20.10.2023 pbl T.V.THAMILSELVI,J.
