This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court in in W.M.P.No.28298 of 2024 in W.P.No.25926 of 2024, dated 06.09.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. The time already granted by this Court is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in W.M.P.No.28298 of 2024 in W.P.No.25926 of 2024 vide order dated 06.09.2024. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
