(The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing/Hybrid Mode".) This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 18.04.2017 made in I.A.No.25 of 2017 in I.A.No.1054 of 2016 in 1/3

O.S.No.218 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Nagapattinam. When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit itself was dismissed for default on 02.03.2018 and in view of the same, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition and the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

2.Recording the above said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner ro renew her request, if the suit is restored to file. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
