the provisions of the Act. The concerned provisions of the Act have been not assailed in the present matter, though they have been assailed in W.P.No.23525 of 2012, which we shall take up on completion of Pleadings.

2.None appears for the petitioners in the present matter. 3.For all the aforesaid reasons, writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, WP.M.P.No.35848 of 2011 also stands dismissed.
