This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 24.03.2025 passed in MCOP.No.4701 of 2022 on the file of the MACT, Chennai (Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai).

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 14 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.
