O R D E R

Based on the complaint registered in Crime No.224 of 2023 under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC, the respondent police caused notice to the petitioner herein under Section 41A Cr.P.C. Instead of attending the enquiry, after receiving the said notice, the petitioner has come before this Court seeking direction not to harass him.

2. This petition does not indicate any material that the petitioner was harassed by the respondent police. Therefore, there is no reason to grant the relief sought.

3. The petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the respondent police on 09.11.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and cooperate with the investigation. On his appearance, the Investigating Officer shall make appropriate enquiry and proceed with the investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
