This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23119 of 2022 dated 23.09.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
