(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondents to grant extension of ordinary leave for a period of 30 days from 02.11.2019 to 03.12.2019 to the petitioner's father Mathaiyan, Life Convict Ct.No.74022, the present petition has been filed.

2.We do not propose to extend the time granted already. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the condition of the petitioner is not serious enough, warranting extension.

In such view of the matter, this petition stands dismissed.
