ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 08.09.2017 for adequate police protection to fence the petitioner's property. 2.

The petitioner seeks police protection to fence his land by avoiding unnecessary law and order problems in his property from the second respondent. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
