The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.9 of 2023, which is now pending as Spl.S.C.No.98 of 2023 before the Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Villupuram. The charges framed against the petitioner are under Sections 9(m) & 10 of POCSO Act, 2012, and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

2. It is stated that the trial is now posted for examination of L.W.1 and L.W.2. Since those witnesses are the crucial witnesses, at this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Let those witnesses be examined and cross-examined.
