ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 06.04.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.7859 of 2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today i.e., on 17.03.2023, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and the case has been referred as "further action dropped" and the R.C.S.No.18 of 2022 notice has been served on the petitioner/defacto complainant.
