The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First and Second Respondents to consider the representation dated 17.11.2022 made by the Petitioner and to consequently direct the Fourth Respondent to allow him to upload his documents for participating in the tender process held on 24.11.2022.

It is represented by Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the tender document of the Petitioner has been uploaded in the website and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed.
