O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in C.P.No.715/2002 and quash its order dated 01.06.2006. 2.

When the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner by filing a memo dated 06.07.2018 submitted that recording the same, the Writ Petition may be closed. The said Memo is extracted hereunder :

''We are appearing for the petitioner in the writ petition despite best efforts we are unable to contact the petitioner. The counsel who had appeared for the petitioner Management before the Labour Court informs us that the petitioner mill is closed and all work have settled their dues. In these circumstances this Hon'ble Court may taken on record this memo and pass appropriate orders.''

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. The Memo dated 06.07.2018 shall form part and parcel of the record. No costs.
