This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 05.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19438 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police weekly twice i.e on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
