By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.Heard Mr.A.P.Sathya Murthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.

3.This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner representation/application dated 23.05.2019 and issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

4.The short point involved in this writ petition is that the petitioner's father owned and was in possession of the property in S.No.30/1A1 measuring to an extent of 0.12 cents; S.No.30/4 measuring to an extent of 0.30 cents; S.No.32/1 measuring to an extent of 0.42 cents and S.No.58/4 measuring to an extent of 0.12 cents altogether 0.096 cents of land in Arasankalani, Tambaram Taluk, 5.His father has executed a settlement deed in favour of the petitioner on 09.05.2019 and the same was presented for registration before the Sub Registration, Selaiyur Kancheepuram District and got duly registered. When he applied for change of patta through online on 23.05.2019, till date, the 2nd respondent has not issued patta, after mutating the records. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.05.2019 for issuance of patta and pass appropriate orders.

6.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has made his application through online. If he present all the relevant documents before the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Tambaram Taluk, his on-line application for transfer of patta will be considered and appropriate order will be passed within the reasonable time.

7. In the light of the above fact, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner herein to appear before the second respondent on 08.11.2019 and produce all the original documents relevant for transfer of patta. On receiving the documents, the second respondent shall pass orders on or before 22.11.2019. No costs.
