ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to consider a representation dated 20.09.2022 and direct the fifth respondent to refund the fee including the deposit amount paid by the petitioner herein. The son of the petitioner by name Harinandh was admitted in the fifth respondent School. The petitioner is working as a software engineer. His wife is also a software engineer. They have two children. Harinandh was admitted for Jr.K.G and Jr.K.G in the fifth respondent school for the year 20212023. It was stated that the classes were taken through virtual mode owing to Covid-19 pandemic. It was stated that
though various amenities had been stated in the prospectus, the fifth respondent had not provided any of such amenities. It was therefore stated that the petitioner had given a representation for refund of the fee. It is represented that after the Writ Petition has been filed, the fifth respondent had refunded the entire amount. Nothing survives for consideration. The Writ Petition therefore stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
