Seeking to issue a mandamus directing the 1st respondent to transfer the Customs Appeal No.226/2001 and the other connected petitions filed before the Customs Excise & Gold (Control) Appellate Tribunal, Eastern Regional Bench, West Bengal, Kolkatta to the Customs Excise & Gold (Control) Appellate Tribunal, Southern Regional Bench, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.

2. When the matter has been listed on 19.08.2015 for final hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. However, with a view to afford an opportunity to the petitioner, the writ petition was ordered to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal".
