This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 746 days in representation the appeal made in C.M.A.SR.No.68360 of 2021 against M.C.O.P.No.1653 of 2015 by the order dated 09.08.2019 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Special Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
