Crl.O.P.No.24154 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.360 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is stated that the petitioners had already been granted anticipatory bail on 04.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.3122 of 2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore, but however, the petitioners had not executed the sureties as prescribed. The petitioners have now filed this second anticipatory bail petition before this Court, which is not maintainable.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
