ORDER
The occurrence in this case happened on 29.12.2011. The complainant is present and submits that his bike bearing Registration No. TN-51-T-6411 has already been returned to him. The accused remains untraceable and summons/warrants could not be executed for the past 14 years despite best efforts and there are no previous cases against him.
2. Considering the long pendency, the complainant's stand and the fact Page No.1 of 3
that the accused remains untraceable, further continuation would impinge upon the right to a speedy trial. No useful purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.
3. Accordingly, the C.C.No.200182 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No. II, Jayamkondam Taluk, Ariyalur shall stands quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands allowed. 25.08.2025 nsl electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
