This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.11361 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12573 of 2023 dated 08.08.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
