This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 16.08.2017 in I.A. No. 749 of 2011 in I.A. No. 441 of 2010 in O.S. No. 274 of 2010 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Salem. 1/3
2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submits that a joint memo of compromise may be recorded and requested to place joint memo of compromise on record and close the CRP in view of the amicable settlement between the parties out of the Court.
3. The joint memo of compromise filed by both parties is placed on record. The terms and conditions entered into by the parties will become part and parcel of the order of this Court in civil revision petition.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
5. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
