This petition is filed to extend the time for the petitioner to comply with the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.20975 of 2023, dated 13.09.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is granted to the petitioner till 09.11.2023 to comply the conditions as directed by this Court on 13.09.2023. No further time will be granted, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stand cancelled.
