This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondentPolice to file the final report in Crime No.10 of 2023.

2. The F.I.R. in Crime No.10 of 2023 dated 10.03.2023 filed based on the complaint given by the petitioner is pending investigation.

3. However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent states that the investigation will be completed within a period of three (3) months.
