Mr.N.K. Vanan - - - - - This application has been filed seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to repossess the vehicle, which is the subject matter of this application.

2. In fact, a Receiver was appointed by this Court earlier in this application. As seen from the earlier proceedings, the learned counsel for the applicant has been repeatedly seeking time to execute the Warrant of Commission on account of the fact that the vehicle could not be located. Even today, a similar request is sought for. However, this Court is not 1/3

inclined to grant any further extension. Accordingly this application is closed. However liberty is given to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to repossess the vehicle instead of a Receiver, who is an employee of the applicant.
