The learned Advocate Commissioner states that the warrant has been executed and vehicle has been repossessed and handed over to the Applicant.

In pursuance of the order of this Court dated 09.12.2024, the learned counsel for the Applicant has taken substituted service on the respondents by way of paper publication in one issue of Tamil Daily 'Dinamani' dated 20.12.2024. Proof of Publication has also been filed to that effect. However, there is no appearance on the side of the respondents either in person or through counsel.
