This writ petition has been filed to declare the third respondent Election Notice No.2 dated 4/5/2017 and the voters list annexed as null and void and consequently, direct the third respondent to prepare and publish the revised voters list by including the petitioner and other omitted members.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
